November 17, 2004
NORTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. -- Construction is well underway on an additional 55,000 square-feet of retail space at Renaissance Square, the new shopping plaza being developed by Garden Commercial Properties in the Middlesex County township of North Brunswick.
The new space is currently 85% leased with many prominent retailers already signed on, including Ace Hardware, Hollywood Video and Quiznos Subs, according to the Short Hills, N.J.-based commercial developer.
Expected to be available for occupancy in December, the additional retail space will join an existing World Class ShopRite at the 145,000 square foot Renaissance Square.
"The response to the new space has been tremendous with more than three quarters of the leasable area already contracted," indicates Mario Dudzinski, Vice President of Real Estate for Garden Commercial Properties.
"With the addition of prominent high-end franchises such as these, Renaissance Square is sure to provide the surrounding community a comprehensive list of exciting retailers to choose from."
Situated at the intersection of Highway 130 and Renaissance Boulevard, Renaissance Square is highly visible and easily accessible from major transportation outlets such as Route 18 and US-1.
Garden Commercial Properties is a prominent developer of shopping centers throughout the country.
