CONSTRUCTION NEARLY COMPLETE ON NEW 19,760 SQ. FT. BUILDING AT BOONTON PLAZA IN MORRIS COUNTY
November 30, 2004
BOONTON, N.J. - Construction is nearly complete on a new 19,760 square-foot building at Boonton Plaza being developed in this Morris County township.
The addition of the structure coincides with the development of a new free-standing facility that will be occupied by Wachovia Bank, according to developer Garden Commercial Properties.
Expected to be completed in December, the additional retail spaces will join an existing Wal-Mart anchor store at the 190,000 square feet open-air center, and will include Quizno's Sub, Payless Shoe Source, and GameStop.
"We're now one step closer to being able to offer a full-scale retail center with all of its components fully operational," notes Project Manager Joseph Korn. "With its recognizable Morris County address and highly-traveled locale, Boonton Plaza will serve as the ideal retail complex to build a foundation from."
Boonton Plaza is located directly off Interstate 287 and Route 202 and is highly accessible from Routes 46 and 80.
Garden Commercial Properties is a prominent developer of shopping centers and commercial properties throughout the country.
