CROSSPOINTE TOWN SQUARE IN WOODBRIDGE TO BE COMPLETED EARLY NEXT YEAR
December 21, 2004
WOODBRIDGE, N.J. -- Construction is nearing completion on the final component of Crosspointe Town Square, the new shopping center at the intersection of Woodbridge Center Drive and Main Street.
Expected to be completed in February, the new 110,000 square feet of retail space will include Electronics Expo, Annie Sez, and Panera Bread, according to Short Hills, N.J-based Garden Commercial Properties, developer of Crosspointe Town Square. In addition, Wachovia Bank will soon commence construction on a new freestanding financial center there.
Already operating at the 400,000 square foot open-air retail center are Wegmans, Lowe's Home Improvement, Treasure Island and Home Goods.
"The addition of these retail spaces will provide Crosspointe Town Square a comprehensive roster of prominent national franchises," says Scott Loventhal, Director of Development. "Customers will soon have the option of choosing from a wide assortment of shops and services all in one convenient, state-of-the-art retail center."
An added benefit of Crosspointe Town Square is its desirable location in Woodbridge, a well-recognized retail and residential establishment, indicates Loventhal.
"Consumers throughout Middlesex County and beyond are attracted to this area because of the mixture of regional and national retailers all found within a short proximity," Loventhal points out. "Crosspointe Town Square will add several prominent shopping alternatives and specialty stores to this already well-known locale."
Situated in the heart of central New Jersey, Crosspointe Town Square is easily accessible from both northern and southern points. The center is located minutes away from major thoroughfares, including Routes 1 & 9, the Garden State Parkway, and the New Jersey Turnpike.
