TAMPA, FL. –- Another prominent retailer has been added to the growing list of tenants at Market Square at Tampa Palms, according to Garden Commercial Properties, developer of the new 300,000 square-foot retail complex at the intersection of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard and Commerce Palms Drive. 

One of the nation’s leading retailers of home appliances and consumer electronics, hhgregg has recently signed a lease for 29,000 square-feet of space at the open air power center,  indicates Michael Gartenberg, Director of Leasing for Short Hills, N.J.-based Garden Commercial Properties.  The company joins a diverse tenant roster at Market Square which includes Bed, Bath and Beyond, Ross Dress for Less, AC Moore, PetSmart and Staples.   The complex is anchored by a 120,000 square-foot BJ’s Wholesale Club which opened last year.

Market Square boasts a highly-visible and easily accessible location adjacent to Interstate 75. The complex is located next to a Lowe’s Home Improvement Store and occupies prime retail space along Bruce B. Downs Boulevard.
